The cost depends mainly on the weight and dimensions of the cargo, the chosen transport method such as air or sea freight, the destination fulfillment center and any required services like labeling or palletizing. We provide clear itemized pricing with no hidden charges.

No. We do not charge membership fees of any kind. You pay only for the logistics services you select and the price you receive in the quotation is the final price for that shipment.

Yes. Once your shipment begins transit you can follow all major milestones through our online tracking platform. We provide regular updates on pickup, customs release, carrier movement and final delivery to the Amazon fulfillment center.

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended for high value or fragile shipments. We can arrange coverage that protects your cargo during international transit and final delivery. Please let us know if you would like an insurance quote included.

We offer air freight for faster delivery, sea freight in both FCL and LCL formats for cost efficiency, express services for small urgent shipments and rail options to certain European regions. The best option depends on your inventory volume and timeline.

As general guidance, express shipments take about three to seven days, air freight takes about seven to twelve days and sea freight takes about twenty five to forty days depending on the destination port.
